Elite Concierge: VIP Concierge Brand for Las Vegas Short-Term Rentals

Elite Concierge was a concept for something that didn't exist yet: a VIP concierge service built into short-term rental packages in Las Vegas. Not the usual "here's a list of restaurants" approach. Exclusive access to venues, reservation priority at restaurants, amenities you can't just Google. We spent three weeks building the brand and website infrastructure. The idea was that STR guests could either get concierge services as part of their package or add them on. Think of it as turning a rental into a members-only experience without the membership. Built the core structure: brand identity, UI system, CMS collections for restaurants and venues with archive and detail pages, custom animations, the whole visual language. Used Webflow for the build, Figma for design work with an out-of-the-box UI kit as the foundation, then customized components from there. The project paused before launch. We got far enough to prove the concept worked visually and structurally, but not far enough to see it live. Sometimes that's how it goes.
