Sea Soda: Boat Rental Website and Fleet Management Concept
9-week Webflow build for boat rental service. Brand development, booking system integration, early-stage Webflow exploration, project paused due to business model.

> Overview
Sea Soda was about making boat rentals accessible without the commitment of ownership. The client had a boat, wanted to rent it out, and had bigger plans to build a fleet. The vision was simple: people who want to be on the water without buying a boat, captains included. This was one of my first Webflow builds. Nine weeks to figure out the platform while building a real project. I used a template to get my bearings, worked through blues and turquoises for the visual identity, curated boat imagery for the fleet concept. The brand was straightforward—summer, water, freedom, no ownership hassles. The build included basic pages, a contact form, and an attempted integration with a Webflow-recommended booking calendar system. That calendar integration didn't quite work, but it was a solid attempt at figuring out scheduling functionality. The project stopped after the initial build. Business model complications—fleet acquisition, captain coordination, operational logistics. Sometimes the concept is better than the execution environment allows.
