> Overview
Chapman House needed a site that could do two things at once: be found by people searching for help, and actually help them when they got there. This was a 22-week build with a team that knew what they were doing. The CEO and operators are detail-oriented, business-savvy, and genuinely innovative in healthcare. They don't just run a treatment facility—they think about how people find recovery in 2021. The challenge was multi-layered. We needed CMS collections for substance abuse categories, insurance providers, blog content, and service types. We needed pages that would rank organically. We needed a system that could scale with their growth. And we needed it all to feel human, not clinical. I used Webflow for the build and Notion to manage the entire content architecture. Worked directly with their SEO team to optimize for organic leads, created landing pages for their ads campaigns, and built a content system that turned insurance information into actual ranking pages. Custom imagery, strategic stock footage, and a structure that made recovery feel accessible.
